01. Service Agreement

Every service provided by DexDeveloper (Web Development, SEO, Marketing) is governed by a fixed scope of work. Any additional features, revisions, or out-of-scope requests will require separate discussion and adjusted pricing.

02. Payments & Refunds

We operate on both project-based and monthly retainer models. Transparency in billing is our core principle.

Advance Payment

A 50% upfront deposit is mandatory to secure your slot and commence the project.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started, as we allocate dedicated human resources immediately.

03. Ownership (IP Rights)

Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights for the final code and design are transferred to the client. DexDeveloper retains the right to showcase the work in our professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

04. Confidentiality

We prioritize the security of your business data and proprietary ideas. No sensitive information or trade secrets will be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

05. Timeline & Delays

We are committed to meeting deadlines. However, delays in providing content, assets, or feedback from the client's side will automatically result in a corresponding shift in the final delivery date.

06. Project Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 15-day written notice. Upon termination, the client is obligated to pay for all work completed up to the date of notice.
